Overview
Shift Reports in the Juno Portal summarise transaction activity by shift and trading period — a digital equivalent of cashing up, giving you a consistent close at the end of every shift. Use this to review what a shift took, check the payment mix, and export a record.

What you'll achieve
You'll have a shift's total takings, a breakdown by card brand, and the underlying transactions, ready to review, sign off, or export.
Before you start
Know which shift and date you want to report on. Your property's shift patterns are configured in Settings.
Operational steps
Generate the report
- Open Shift Reports from the left-hand menu.
- Expand Shift Report Filters and select a shift date, then configure any further filters offered there.
Review the summary
Shift Report Results shows the matching shift (for example "Morning Shift, 18 Jun 2026 06:00 → 14:00 CET"), with the Account, Shift Date, Department, and Terminal, plus a Source Breakdown showing how many transactions came from each payment source (for example Juno and Saferpay).
The Summary tab shows Total Transaction Volume (All Activity), Total (Excl. Voids & Standalone), Total Sales (Completed), and the Net Total.
The Juno Portal Shift Reports Summary tab, showing a shift's total transaction volume, completed sales, and net total.
Review the card brand mix
The Brand Breakdown tab lists each card brand used during the shift, with its Amount, Count, and Share of the total. Click a row to filter the Transactions tab to just that brand.
Review individual transactions
The Transactions tab lists every transaction in the shift, with its Source, Transaction ID, Timestamp, State (for example Authorization or Sales Completion), Amount, Card, and Terminal ID. Use Search transactions… or the state filter to narrow the list, and expand a row to see its linked events (for example an Authorization followed by its Sales Completion).
Export the report
Click Export PDF or Export Excel, above the results, to save a copy of the shift report.
Expected result
You have a signed-off total for the shift, a breakdown of how guests paid, and — if you exported it — a saved PDF or Excel copy of the report.
