Overview
The Dashboard gives you the latest available overview of your hotel's payment performance — headline revenue and transaction figures, activity trends, and how guests are paying, all on one screen. If insights are enabled for your hotel, use them to follow up on unusual patterns. Use the Dashboard as your first stop each day, before drilling into individual transactions or running a shift report.

What you'll achieve
You'll know how to sign in, read the Dashboard's headline figures, adjust the period, property and department you're looking at, and spot anything that needs your attention.
Before you start
- Sign in to the Juno Portal in your browser using your work email address. Access is granted by your platform administrator — it can't be self-provisioned.
- Once signed in, your view is automatically scoped to the properties assigned to your account; you won't see data for other hotel groups or unassigned properties.
- If you can't sign in, or can't see a property you expect to, contact your platform administrator rather than 934 Support directly — access is controlled at the account level.
- Dashboard is the first item in the left-hand menu, and typically the page you land on after signing in.
- The Dashboard shows completed payment outcomes for the selected period. For every payment lifecycle event, including ones still in progress, use Transactions instead.
Operational steps
Choose your period and property
- Use the date selector at the top of the page to choose your reporting period.
- If your account covers more than one property, use the property selector to switch between them or view them all together. All times are displayed in the property's local timezone.
- In the Filters bar, you can also set a Department and a Compare option (None, WoW, MoM, or YoY) to change what the figures are compared against. A separate filter panel can also narrow the Dashboard view by department, amount range, or card brand — all panels update together when a filter is applied.
Read the headline figures
Whichever cards are current, each summarises the selected period and shows the change against an equivalent prior period. The Dashboard shows completed payment outcomes only; for every payment lifecycle event, use Transactions instead.
Check for alerts
Where enabled for your hotel, the Insights panel flags anything that needs attention — for example, "Action required: You have 4 alerts requiring attention." Click Review alerts to see them.
Review activity and payment trends
The Transaction Activity chart ("How busy is the desk?", also referred to as "Transactions over time") gives an hourly breakdown for a single day, or daily totals across a multi-day range; use the Volume / Revenue toggle to change what's plotted.
Below it, three further panels break down guest payment behaviour for the selected period:
- How are guests paying? (payment mix — card present at a terminal vs. card not present, online or keyed)
- Which cards are guests using? (revenue by card brand — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and others)
- Where are guests travelling from? (revenue by the issuing country of each card)
Expected result
You have an up-to-date read on the selected period's revenue, activity and payment mix, for the right property or properties, and know whether anything needs following up via Insights.
