The 934 Juno Portal is a secure platform that allows authorized hotel and corporate users to access transaction data, perform limited actions (like voids), and manage payments across their assigned properties.
Accessing the Juno Portal
To begin accessing the portal, visit the following URL: https://portal.weare934.com/auth
Password-less Sign-in Using a Magic Link
The Juno Portal uses a password-less authentication method called a magic link for both security and simplicity.
How the Magic Link Works:
Enter your email address into the sign-in field.
Click "Send Magic Link".
A secure, one-time login link is immediately sent to your email inbox.
Click the link in the email to sign in automatically.
There are no passwords to create, remember, or reset.
Security Benefits:
Each magic link is time-limited.
It can only be used once.
It can only be used from your email account.
This process ensures strong identity verification without the common risks associated with weak or reused passwords.
First Login and Full Access Activation
The first time you successfully use the magic link, you will sign into the portal with Guest permissions.
Initial Guest Permissions:
At this stage, your account is recognized, but permissions are not yet configured.
You will not see any transaction data.
You will not have access to dashboards or actions.
This initial experience is expected.
How 934 Updates Your Access:
Your Customer Success Manager (CSM) will then configure your account by:
Changing your role from Guest to the appropriate permission level.
Assigning you to your property or group of properties so you only see relevant organizational data.
Confirming that your full access is activated.
Once Full Access is Enabled, you can:
View transaction history and details.
Filter transactions by date, terminal, payment method, or status.
Search for specific transactions.
Perform allowed actions, such as voiding payments.
Export data where this feature is enabled.
Navigate between your assigned properties.
If you sign out, simply sign back in with your email and the new magic link.
