Overview
Juno Intelligence is the AI assistant built into the Juno Portal. It answers questions about your payment activity in plain language, and surfaces proactive alerts when it detects a pattern worth your attention — without you having to ask. Use it to get a quick answer instead of manually filtering Transactions or Shift Reports, or to see what it's already flagged for you.

What you'll achieve
You'll be able to ask Juno Intelligence a plain-language question about your payment activity and get a data-backed answer, and know what kind of things it flags on its own.
Before you start
- Juno Intelligence is read-only by design: it cannot modify transactions, process refunds, change settings, or take any operational action. It's an analysis and insight tool only — for anything it flags that needs action, you still make the change yourself elsewhere in the Portal.
Operational steps
Ask a question
- Open the Juno Intelligence panel. You'll find the button "Ask Juno" right-handed below the page.
- Type your question in plain language — you don't need specific terminology or a fixed format. For example:
- "What was our total revenue yesterday?"
- "Show me all refunds above €200 this week."
- "Which terminals had the most declined transactions today?"
- "Has completion rate changed compared to last week?"
- "Are there any transactions still showing as Authorised from three days ago?"
- "Why did revenue drop on Tuesday afternoon?"
Juno Intelligence retrieves the relevant data and presents it with a plain-language explanation. Ask follow-up questions to drill further into any result.
Review proactive insights
Juno Intelligence monitors activity in the background and surfaces alerts automatically when it detects something that may need your attention — for example:
- An unusual spike in refunds at a specific terminal.
- Completion rate dropping below the normal range for a property.
- A terminal with no transactions for an extended period.
- A settlement delay beyond the expected window.
Each insight is explained in plain language and includes context — the time period, the affected property or terminal, and why the pattern was flagged.
Expected result
You have a plain-language answer to your question, backed by your actual payment data, or a clear explanation of why Juno Intelligence flagged something on its own — either way, without needing to build a manual filter or export first.
Need more help?
If Juno Intelligence returns no result, try rephrasing your question with a specific date range and property name. If it still doesn't answer as expected, contact 934 Support through Help & Support in the Portal or at support@weare934.com.
