Overview
934's Tap on Mobile turns a compatible Android device into a contactless payment terminal, using the CoPilotJuno app alongside Oracle Simphony and Worldline TapOnMobile. Use this procedure to install and set up CoPilotJuno on a new device, so it can process contactless card and wallet payments through Tap on Mobile.
Applies to
| Product | Juno F&B Suite |
| Feature | Tap on Mobile |
| Integration | Oracle Simphony, other POS Systems, Worldline TapOnMobile |
| Platform | Android (CoPilotJuno app) |
What you'll achieve
After completing these steps, CoPilotJuno will be installed and running on the device, and — once your Terminal ID (TID) has been forwarded and the integration is active — the device will be ready to accept contactless payments through Tap on Mobile automatically, whether the app is left open or closed.
Before you start
- POS must already be installed and fully operational on this property.
- Licences for Worldline TapOnMobile needs to be ordered by you
- Worldline TapOnMobile must already be installed, fully operational, and tested — using the acquiring variant that matches your property's country and acquirer (see the table below). Both applications must be correctly configured and tested before you install CoPilotJuno.
- A stable, reliable internet connection is required throughout setup and ongoing use — this is mandatory, not just recommended.
- The device must be a modern Android device compatible with Worldline TapOnMobile, with NFC enabled. A device with front-facing NFC is recommended for the best tap detection.
- Have a way to reach your 934 Customer Success Manager (CSM) ready — you'll need to send them a Terminal ID (TID) during setup.

| Worldline EU | European Union |
| Worldline CH | Switzerland |
| Worldline UK | United Kingdom |

Make sure the Worldline TapOnMobile app matching your acquiring setup is installed and working before you sign in to CoPilotJuno.
Operational steps
Install and open CoPilotJuno
QR code for downloading the CoPilotJuno Android APK (version 1.0.2)
- Download and install the CoPilotJuno APK on the Android device (see the download link and QR code below).
- Open CoPilotJuno.
- In CoPilotJuno, find the Terminal ID (TID) and forward it to your 934 Customer Success Manager (CSM).
Once the integration is active
Once your session in CoPilotJuno has started, the Tap on Mobile integration runs automatically. You can leave CoPilotJuno running in the background, or close it — the service keeps operating as expected either way.
Expected result
CoPilotJuno runs the Tap on Mobile integration automatically once installation is complete and the TID has been forwarded. The device can then accept contactless card and wallet payments through Oracle Simphony, whether or not CoPilotJuno is left open on screen.
Troubleshooting
A transaction is interrupted or something goes wrong mid-payment
Don't close CoPilotJuno while a transaction is being processed on the device — this can interrupt the payment.
If you run into an issue during or after a transaction:
- First, tap Reconnect in the app.
- If that doesn't resolve it: stop CoPilotJuno, reopen it, and sign in again.
