Category: Infrastructure & Security / Certificates
Target Audience: Implementation Engineers, Support Teams, Project Managers
Overview
As part of our annual security maintenance, the certificate providing access to Juno has been renewed. This certificate is critical for ensuring uninterrupted service across multiple environments.
Scope & Compatibility
Applicable To: Oracle Simphony, On-Premises OPI/TPS services, and Hosted OPI/TPS services.
Not Applicable To: OPI Cloud services (these are managed directly by Oracle and do not require manual updates from our side).
Certificate Details & Download
Please use the credentials below to download and deploy the new certificate:
Exprires: June 17th 2026

Required Actions
1. New Implementations
Every new project initiated from this point forward must use this new certificate during setup. This is especially critical for major global accounts currently in deployment.
2. Existing Installations
Because the previous certificate is nearing its expiration date, existing On Premises installations (Oracle Simphony, On-Premises OPI/TPS services, and Hosted OPI/TPS services) must be updated with this new certificate as soon as possible to prevent service disruption.
Important Future Planning (October 2026)
Please be aware of an upcoming industry-wide change that will impact our maintenance schedule:
Note on Certificate Lifespans: Global certificate authorities have reduced the maximum validity window for these certificates to 196 days.
Because of this new limitation, this certificate will need to be replaced again at the end of October 2026.
The engineering team is actively investigating alternative options to streamline this process while maintaining our certified status. However, for resource planning purposes, please prepare for another mandatory certificate rotation in October 2026.
